Terri Schumann is a residential draftsman living and working in the Sierra Foothills community of Auburn in Northern California. For more than 30 years she has been helping people turn their ideas and residential needs into reality by

providing professional drawings that communicate to them and their builders the work that needs to be done. Your desire is to live in a home that services you the way you live and her goal is to help you get there.

Our Services

Brad and Terri Schumann have been working together as a drafting and design team for more than thirty years. Brad has been a residential builder and contractor in Santa Clara, Monterey, Tuolumne, and Nevada counties for over forty years and Terri has been a residential drafter for 30 years. Our services include creating drawings and plans for your deck, additions, remodels, barns, garages, ADU's and custom homes. This includes everything from the site plan, foundation and floor plans, floor framing, roof framing, cross sections, and elevations, to all the details, providing a complete set of plans ready to be submitted to your building department and contractor. We have engineers that we work closely with and can also obtain Title 24 Energy Calculations for your project. We have worked with many county building departments and can help you in obtaining building permits for your project efficiently. Our desire is to help you communicate clearly to your builder and others that are involved in your project.
